    The EU Health Facility (EU-HF) in collaboration with Ministry of Health (MOH) conducted a one-day training workshop on basic health service package (BHSP) and guidelines to 39/2017/TT-BYT Circular implementation in Hai Phong today. Well attended by participants who work in both health and social insurance, and local authorities, the training workshop is designed to prepare local staff in using BHSP as a tool towards universal health insurance coverage.

Assistance in clinical guidelines development for early detection of NCDs

Today, July 13th, the EU-HF kick off the support to the Ministry of Health in development of the clinical guidelines for early detection of non-communicable diseases and improvement of the primary health care quality.  The team of experts, led by Dr. Vincent Guerard with collaboration from  will be working on development  of the guidelines for early detection of diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic respiratory diseases, several types of cancer and mental disorders. Further the team will provide technical advice on periodic health examination and development of the simple guidelines, templates, indicators and monitoring tools for overall assessment of the quality of primary health care with particular focus on the services provided at grass root level.  Read More
